Performance

A common theme in Jacques Vanroose’s artwork is dance, more specifically ballet. The artist meticulously studies the human body in movement in order to create timeless and elegant sculptures.

The sculpture Performance is an excerpt from a ballet performance, depicting a dancer passionately and emotionally executing his choreography.

Our bronze sculptures are cast using the lost wax method. Performance is a limited edition bronze sculpture, each piece is numbered and signed.
